Claims Management

The aviation claim management is an extremely complex activity, full of competing concerns and conflict of interests among several parties.

Access to the accident site, managing with land owners and local authorities, assessment of the extent of the damage, aircraft recovery coordination, investigation of the accident cause, repair cost adjustment and estimating the residual value in the salvage are some important issues which requires special knowledge to ensure a fair claim adjustment and to minimize the aircraft downtime.

In order to enable a fair claim adjustment, the activities are presented in a detailed report including the accident investigation, maintenance records analysis, operating characteristics, accurate assessment of damage and a detailed repair cost analysis.
