Who We Are
G&R is an Aeronautical Engineering Company specialized in claims management services. G&R is accredited by IRB-Brasil S/A Resseguros since 2007. Since then, G&R has adjusted countless different types of claims, ranging from experimental aircrafts to regional jet airliners.
Our staff is composed of former military pilots, aircraft engineers and mechanics with sound academic background: Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Degree and Master Degree from ITA – Brazilian Technological Institute of Aeronautics. Our engineers and technicians acquired professional experience working together with the Aeronautical Accidents Investigation and Prevention Center (CENIPA) of the Brazilian Government. In addition, our staff has 35 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, aircraft modification, development and certification of aeronautical products.
We represent our contractors with total commitment and professionalism, respecting the ethical and legal issues of all parties: reinsurers, insurers, brokers, policyholders, pilots, maintenance shops, vendors and legal representatives.
Due to the immediate response to our clients needs, professional integrity and through our liaison with repair and maintenance organizations, we gained the confidence of all Insurers in Brazil: IRB-Brasil Resseguros, Mapfre, Chubb, Fairfax, Allianz, Tokio Marine and Excelsior. Nowadays, G&R has a 30% market share in Brazil.
